Business Development Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our team at North Corpus Christi Honda. As a BDC Agent, you will be responsible for receiving incoming sales calls, establishing relationships with customers, and scheduling appointments for our Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to incoming sales calls and leads
- Identify customer needs and schedule appointments with Sales Associates
- Place outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on leads
- Ensure all customer concerns are addressed prior to appointment date
- Confirm appointments with customers prior to the scheduled date
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Computer literacy and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
