Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our team at North Corpus Christi Honda. As a BDC Agent, you will be responsible for receiving incoming sales calls, establishing relationships with customers, and scheduling appointments for our Sales Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to incoming sales calls and leads
  • Identify customer needs and schedule appointments with Sales Associates
  • Place outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on leads
  • Ensure all customer concerns are addressed prior to appointment date
  • Confirm appointments with customers prior to the scheduled date
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Computer literacy and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
