Member Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our fitness center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk activities, including checking members into the system, handling phone calls, and assisting with membership sales and renewals.
  • Facilitate updates to member accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club, including daily tasks and special projects.
  • Collaborate with the Club Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional member experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and strong communication skills essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and upbeat attitude.
Physical Demands:
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
