Job Title: Account Executive - Ticket Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Ticket Sales team at the Bridgeport Islanders. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through full-menu selling, including full season ticket plans, group outings, premium suites, and various other Islanders ticket packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new business from provided lists and generate own leads at networking events
  • Meet pre-determined activity and sales goals, demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to secure new business and build relationships with existing clients
  • Assist in the execution of ticket sales initiatives and contribute to the team's success
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Ticket Master/Archtics/CRM systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
