SpecialtyRx is a full-service pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional pharmaceutical care. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medicare Part B Billing Representative to join our team in Ridgefield Park, NJ.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and submit Medicare Part B claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Review and resolve claim denials promptly, utilizing knowledge of denial codes and billing guidelines.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of vaccine billing procedures, including those related to COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Conduct research to ensure accurate claim submission and resolution of billing discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Proven experience in retail pharmacy operations.
  • Experience with long-term care pharmacy billing is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with New York pharmacy billing claims is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Frameworks/ECM systems is a plus.
