About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering client inquiries on assigned accounts
  • Setting up payment plans, placing holds on accounts, and canceling accounts
  • Updating account information in the client's host system
  • Processing credit card payments and refunds
  • Reviewing financial assistance applications and correspondence
  • Performing insurance follow-ups and reviewing missing payments

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $21.25 - $26.50 per hour, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
