As a Customer Service Liaison Specialist at GetixHealth, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. This includes answering client inquiries, resolving issues related to patient accounts, and providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering client inquiries on assigned accounts
- Setting up payment plans, placing holds on accounts, and canceling accounts
- Updating account information in the client's host system
- Processing credit card payments and refunds
- Reviewing financial assistance applications and correspondence
- Performing insurance follow-ups and reviewing missing payments
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $21.25 - $26.50 per hour, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
