About the Role

Top Tier Reps LLC is seeking a highly skilled Conflict Resolution Specialist to join their team under the direction of the General Counsel. This full-time, exempt position can be based in any of the firm's U.S. offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze complex conflict matters related to business intake and lateral hire onboarding, providing expert advice to ensure compliance with firm policies.
  • Facilitate communication among attorneys to resolve ethical and business conflicts with diplomacy and discretion.
  • Collaborate with the General Counsel, Risk Attorneys, and Director of Risk Management to develop and refine internal risk policies and procedures.
  • Research and stay informed on legal ethics, court rulings, regulatory matters, and risk management developments that could impact the firm.
  • Advise and train attorneys and staff on ethical, conflict, and compliance issues, including new rules and regulations.
  • Assess terms of engagement and outside counsel guidelines, identifying issues that need further review for business and compliance reasons.
  • Support the lateral hire team in identifying, escalating, and resolving conflict and onboarding issues.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of the rules of professional responsibility, including multiple U.S. state and international jurisdictions where the firm's clients are based.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex legal conclusions to attorneys and staff.
  • Advanced understanding of law firm conflicts and the business intake process.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple projects on tight timelines.
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in the state of residence and/or the state where the work will be performed.
Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $159,000 - $207,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.
