Job Title: Portfolio Management Specialist

About the Role:

This high-volume collections position requires a professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Portfolio Management Specialist at Ignite Human Capital, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, resolve collection issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Analyze account data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a high-volume corporate collections environment.
  • Knowledge of billing and collections procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Salary:$20-$25/hour + bonus, depending on experience.
