Job Title: Office Clerk
About the Role:
We are seeking an Office Clerk to support our team at Safety Control. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and responding to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls.
- Administrative Tasks: Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork.
- Estimates and Invoices: Create and distribute estimates and invoices.
- Accounts Receivable: Process accounts receivable.
- Mail and Records: Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places, and maintain records of business transactions.
Requirements:
- Candidate Profile: Great customer service skills, strong communication skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with computer programs such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Adobe software.
