Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the creation and execution of impactful go-to-market (GTM) strategies and content that resonate with our target audience in the IT and cybersecurity industries. This role entails performing market research to identify trends and customer requirements, enhancing product positioning, and producing high-quality marketing collateral. You will collaborate closely with product managers, industry specialists, and sales engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate product positioning and messaging that distinctly sets Adaptiva's offerings apart in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with the Product team and leadership on market research, trend analysis, and competitive insights.
  • Craft comprehensive technical product descriptions and marketing content for our offerings.
  • Develop and maintain technical use cases and case studies that effectively highlight our product advantages.
  • Create and update technical white papers, presentations, product manuals, web content, reports, datasheets, and blog entries to support the customer journey and facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Empower the Sales team by keeping them informed about the product portfolio and developing sales support materials that enhance the selling process.
  • Assist our Product and Marketing teams in conducting in-depth technical competitive analysis to reveal critical customer insights that inform positioning for our current products and inspire new feature development.
  • Support product launch initiatives and assist with trade shows, events, and technical sales training activities.
  • Contribute to demand generation efforts that stimulate interest and pipeline development through content creation.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven experience in a Product Marketing Manager role or a similar marketing position.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, software engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with B2B enterprise software solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in cooperative environments with teams spread across various locations.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $130,000 – $150,000, reflecting a wide range of factors considered during the hiring process, including experience, skills, location, and other business needs.

The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
