Role Summary:
As a Production Engineering Specialist, you will provide essential technical and mechanical support to both internal and external teams, ensuring that our products are manufactured and packaged according to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough evaluations of production parts, adhering to both internal and industry testing standards, and deliver engineering solutions based on comprehensive test result analysis.
2. Assist in the development of part specifications and production/packaging requirements.
3. Perform root cause analysis for nonconformance issues, designing effective corrective actions to minimize defects while controlling costs.
4. Design, test, and implement tools that enhance production operations.
5. Support the Corrective Action Request (CAR) initiatives at Nintendo of America Inc.
6. Create detailed engineering documents outlining requirements for packaging, assembly, and quality control of retail finished goods.
7. Model, construct, test, and refine jigs and tools utilized by production, refurbishment, and service teams.
8. Provide insights and recommendations for design validation testing to qualify new components and packaging materials.
9. Evaluate hardware accessories to ensure compliance with Nintendo's guidelines and applicable regulations.

Collaboration and Communication:
Coordinate joint projects with engineering teams from Nintendo Company Limited to support production and supply chain initiatives. Act as the primary contact for NCL teams developing shipping packaging and palletization configurations that align with NOA requirements. Facilitate effective communication between Japanese and English-speaking teams to ensure accurate technical information exchange across various subjects.
