The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Partner and Customer Programs.
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our partner and customer marketing efforts, crafting strategies that enhance our brand visibility and broaden our market footprint. This engaging position allows you to lead creative marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience and showcase our offerings in the cybersecurity and endpoint management sectors. You will collaborate closely with partners and clients to devise branded projects, utilizing joint strengths to expand our influence and effectiveness.
Working alongside partners, clients, product specialists, designers, and sales teams, you will produce compelling content that supports our campaigns and emphasizes our unique value proposition. Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Lead the strategy and implementation of marketing campaigns for both partners and clients.
- Create Case Studies: Collaborate with partners and clients to produce compelling case studies that showcase our product strengths.
- Manage Customer Review Programs: Oversee customer review initiatives to support feedback platforms and award campaigns.
- Enable Sales and Partners: Keep the Sales team informed about key partnerships and develop sales-enablement resources to support the selling process. Assist partners with sales enablement materials.
- Support Product Launches and Events: Assist with product launch and campaign activities, including trade shows, events, and technical sales training.
- Develop Supporting Content: Create and maintain presentations, guides, web content, reports, and blog posts to support the customer journey and empower partners to make informed decisions.
- Promote Partners and Content: Collaborate with internal marketing teams to execute partner and customer marketing plans across multiple channels.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, journalism, software engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise software products.
- Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent, and you can articulate complex concepts clearly for a variety of audiences.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments with geographically dispersed teams.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $110,000 – $130,000. The range provided is broad and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, location, and other business needs.
The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a performance bonus and very generous benefits.
