The Opportunity

We are in search of a Senior Product Marketing Manager.

In this role, you will craft and implement impactful go-to-market (GTM) strategies and content that resonate with our target audience in the IT and cybersecurity domains. Your responsibilities will include performing market research to identify trends and customer requirements, refining product positioning, and developing high-quality marketing collateral. You will work closely with product managers, industry specialists, and sales engineers.

Your ability to distill complex technical information into engaging, easily digestible narratives will be crucial. You will effectively communicate the advantages and unique features of Adaptiva's platform, equipping our sales team with essential tools for success. You will thrive in our collaborative environment, devising strategies that enhance our market visibility and accelerate product uptake.

  • You are adept at utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to refine your marketing initiatives. You can evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and share insights with leadership, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • You are a skilled storyteller, capable of translating industry trends and technical concepts into compelling narratives that showcase our products' strengths. Your clear and concise communication style ensures our messaging is straightforward, value-oriented, and optimized across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that sets Adaptiva's offerings apart in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with the Product team and management on market analysis, trend identification, and competitive intelligence.
  • Create detailed technical product descriptions and marketing materials for our offerings.
  • Produce and maintain technical use cases and case studies that effectively highlight our product advantages.
  • Develop and maintain technical white papers, presentations, product guides, web content, reports, datasheets, and blog posts to support the customer journey and facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Empower the Sales team by keeping them informed about the product portfolio and creating sales-enablement resources that assist in the selling process.
  • Assist our Product and Marketing teams in conducting in-depth technical competitive analysis to uncover vital customer insights that influence positioning for existing products and inspire new feature development.
  • Support product launch initiatives and assist with trade shows, events, and technical sales training activities.
  • Contribute to demand generation efforts that stimulate interest and pipeline creation through content development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or in a similar marketing capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with B2B enterprise software products.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in cooperative environments with geographically dispersed teams.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $130,000 – $150,000, considering various factors such as experience, skills, location, and business needs.

The base salary is one aspect of the total compensation package, which may include performance bonuses and generous benefits.
