Healthcare Call Center Specialist

At A-Line Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our services and products
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Training will be provided on Monday - Friday from 8-4:30 PM
