Job Summary

First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of our end-user access to internal First Interstate banking system platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage access to internal First Interstate banking system platforms in accordance with standardized policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional end-user experience through issue resolution and support.
  • Stay informed of technology needs and regulations for all bank applications used at First Interstate Bank.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete required tasks and achieve goals.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

  • One year certificate from a college or technical school or minimum 3 years of experience or training in a banking or fintech environment.
  • Understanding of Microsoft-based solutions, including Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows File and Print Services, DNS, and System Center Configuration Manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell and Command Prompt.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Java is a plus.
