Job Summary

This role is responsible for planning, building out, securing, and maintaining the corporate infrastructure and facilities at Cradlepoint. The successful candidate will partner with various departments to design and implement improvements across our distributed IT infrastructure, supporting and enabling the organization's business ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment of new applications and IT solutions
  • Provide hardware and software support for onsite and offsite physical and virtual servers
  • Assist engineering and operations teams with maintaining customer-facing services and applications
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in systems administration
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Infrastructure Products, including Active Directory, Windows Server Operating Systems, and Group Policy
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Familiarity with Rubrik Backup system or similar backup/DR solution
  • Strong proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Experience managing Linux operating systems (preferably Ubuntu)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, sub-netting, etc.)
  • Experience with Okta, Microsoft EntraID, or similar SSO/SAML-based configurations
  • Relevant industry certifications, including Azure Administrator, Microsoft MCSE, or MCITP, and VMware VC
