Salesforce Administrator

At WebMD, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support business operations, enhance user experience, and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Flows, workflows, process builder, and other Salesforce configurations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data imports, exports, data cleansing, and data quality assessments to maintain data integrity within Salesforce.
- Implement and maintain security best practices, data privacy policies, and compliance standards within Salesforce.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement enhancements that optimize system performance and user experience.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and training materials.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to Salesforce users, ensuring optimal utilization of the platform.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 301), Platform AppBuilder, CPQ or Service Cloud are a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Salesforce Administrator, including experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on business outcomes.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
