Job Summary:

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support business operations, enhance user experience, and drive organizational growth. This role involves Salesforce administration, system integration, data management, reporting, user support, security, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Flows, workflows, process builder, and other Salesforce configurations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform data imports, exports, data cleansing, and data quality assessments to maintain data integrity within Salesforce.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices, data privacy policies, and compliance standards within Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement enhancements that optimize system performance and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to Salesforce users, ensuring optimal utilization of the platform.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 301), Platform AppBuilder, CPQ or Service Cloud are a plus.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as a Salesforce Administrator, including experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
