Job Summary

PNC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Branch and Business Center Manager (MLO). As a key member of our Retail Banking organization, this individual will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive sales, revenue, and market share growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to deepen share of wallet and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to drive business results and achieve sales goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate sales practice risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk to ensure seamless delivery of business results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of industry-relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes to make sound decisions.
  • Delegation: Ability to empower and motivate associates to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Digital Awareness: Understanding of digital tools and resources to support clients in achieving their financial goals.

  • Prospecting: Knowledge of prospecting principles, processes, and skills to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Sales Management: Ability to develop sales strategies and drive sales teams to build a strong pipeline of prospects and clients.
