Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications and Expertise

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive sectors.
  • Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as X look-up and V look-up, with strong presentation capabilities for executive audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness; a self-motivated team player demonstrating integrity and honesty.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, consolidation tools, and budgeting software; familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the forecasting and planning process by analyzing actual results and variances against forecasts and budgets.
  • Manage and maintain the data integrity of the Company’s forecasting and planning software, Workday Adaptive.
  • Ensure alignment of data between Workday Adaptive and the Company’s ERP system, Plex, maintaining consistency in reporting.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Sales/Marketing teams to synchronize data for budgeting, forecasting, and key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly financial reports, including expense and capital forecasts, in close collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Support the creation of the monthly financial reporting package for both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Work cross-functionally to assist departments with budget and forecast-related inquiries.
  • Contribute to the overall Annual Budget process alongside department managers and directors.
  • Generate reports as directed by the Finance Director and Senior FP&A Analyst.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and support to the Finance and Accounting teams.
