As a member of the Silvana Paquet - State Farm Agent team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Work closely with the agent team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow our customer base.
