Job Summary

Open Road Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding vehicle pricing, availability, and other sales-related inquiries
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments and completing paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
