Customer Service Representative

Open Road Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding vehicle pricing, availability, and other sales-related inquiries
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and completing paperwork
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
