Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at Hudson Regional Hospital, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service to our patients, staff, and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to provide fast and accurate communication, coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries and address customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and provide solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries
Provide excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Computer Knowledge, Microsoft Office
Excellent and clear oral and written communication skills
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
