Front Desk Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Paul Mitchell The School in Temple Frederick. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests, prospective Future Professionals, and all other school guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and personalized service to guests, prospective Future Professionals, and other school guests.
  • Manage the front desk area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling guest inquiries.
  • Coordinate tours and prospective Future Professional meetings with our Enrollment Team.
  • Ensure a smooth guest service flow in the clinic classroom by following all service desk systems.
  • Act as a guest service mentor to our Future Professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience and experience with guest service.
  • Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Previous experience in cash management and balancing cash drawers.
  • Ability to handle high-volume phone calls and online booking for guests.
