The Role

We're seeking a part-time Workplace Experience Manager to prioritize the employee experience in our New York City Hub. As a key member of our US team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace experience through workplace design, technology, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office efficiency, procedures, supplies, and space planning
  • Oversee office expenditure and collaborate with finance on budgeting
  • Collaborate with the Studio team to meet SLAs and tailor services
Culture and Engagement:
  • Organize team events and celebrations
  • Collect and advocate for colleague feedback and ideas
  • Work with teams to enhance office vibe, manage onboarding packs, and company gifts
Requirements:
  • Strong Organisational and Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and ensure smooth execution of office operations, events, and workplace initiatives
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, gather and analyse feedback, and foster strong working relationships across different teams and global offices
About the Position

This part-time position offers 24 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate personal schedules. You'll be working closely with our fast-growing US team to create a productive and engaging work environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package ($60,000 - $80,000 per year), 24 vacation days excluding bank holidays, plus Juneteenth, medical, dental & vision insurance (premium contribution), paid sick leave, paid parental leave, and 401k benefits.
