Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Workplace Operations Manager to join our team in New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our regional office, ensuring a safe, clean, and productive work environment. This role will also involve coordinating events, enhancing employee experience, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office budget, including tracking expenses and optimizing costs.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of regional events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Enhance the overall employee experience by creating a welcoming and engaging workplace atmosphere.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office facilities and equipment.
  • Work closely with the Facilities and HR teams to align office operations with company policies and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or event planning.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $136,000 - $160,000 USD per year, along with opportunities for growth and development. Our benefits package includes bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and more.
