The Opportunity

Critical decisions are made every day in our government, and with the vast amount of information available, it takes a skilled analyst to find and interpret the best data to provide accurate answers. As a declassification representative, you will support improved declassification processes, data collection, and integration within the organization. You will track records from accessioning to their final availability to the public.

Your Role

You will serve as a knowledge management specialist, enabling the collaboration of Intelligence and Security operational data and providing I&S leadership with relevant information to make informed decisions. You will assist with developing and promoting knowledge management best practices within the Command. You will be a resource for internal business process design and development, promoting and assisting with the use of internal knowledge management tools. You will develop and implement repeatable knowledge management processes for continual process improvement.

Your Responsibilities
  • Research and document sources of knowledge management training
  • Develop and present knowledge management briefings to the Command staff
  • Integrate information from departments and functions throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal business partners and external clients
  • Train and educate front-end users of the knowledge management tools
  • Develop reports to support operations, write knowledge content, and prepare presentations for senior management to support recommended changes, new initiatives, or enhancements
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a knowledge management specialist
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Possession of excellent organizational skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD.
