As a representative for declassification, your role will enhance declassification workflows, facilitate data collection, and promote integration within the organization. You will oversee records from their initial accessioning to their ultimate public release.In your capacity as a knowledge management expert, you will foster collaboration among Intelligence and Security operational data, equipping leadership with critical information for sound decision-making while aiding in the establishment and promotion of best practices in knowledge management across the Command.
You will act as a resource for the design and development of internal business processes.Your responsibilities will include advocating for and assisting in the utilization of internal knowledge management tools, as well as crafting and executing repeatable knowledge management processes aimed at continuous improvement.
Your role will also involve researching and documenting knowledge management training resources, alongside developing and delivering knowledge management presentations to Command personnel.
Additionally, you will integrate information from various departments to streamline access, sharing, and dissemination of data among internal partners and external clients.
You will provide training and education to end-users of knowledge management tools.Your duties will extend to generating reports to support operational needs, authoring knowledge content, and preparing presentations for senior management to advocate for recommended changes, new initiatives, or enhancements as necessary.
Monitoring the benefits of solutions and key success metrics will be crucial to ensure ongoing advantages are realized. You will facilitate the development of controls with business partners by optimizing processes and automating systems, supporting all roles with relevant analysis and backup materials, and collaborating across multiple business units to clarify complex concepts.
Qualifications:
4 years of experience in knowledge management.
Strong attention to detail is essential. TS/SCI clearance is required. A Bachelor's degree is necessary.
Preferred Skills:
Exceptional organizational abilities and outstanding verbal and written communication skills are advantageous.
Clearance: Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually.This estimate reflects the typical salary range for this role and is one aspect of Booz Allen's comprehensive compensation package.
Work Model:
Our culture prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote.
If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If onsite, in-person collaboration with colleagues and clients will be necessary as per the specific role requirements.
