The Opportunity:
In our government, pivotal decisions are made daily.

With the vast amount of information available today, it requires a proficient analyst to effectively locate and interpret the most relevant data to provide accurate insights to clients.

As a declassification representative, your role will involve enhancing declassification workflows, gathering data, and integrating it within the organization. You will oversee records from their initial accessioning to their ultimate public release.

In your capacity as a knowledge management specialist, you will facilitate the collaboration of Intelligence and Security operational data, supplying leadership with pertinent information to make informed choices while fostering and promoting best practices in knowledge management within the Command.

You will act as a resource for the design and development of internal business processes.

Your responsibilities will include advocating for and assisting with the utilization of internal knowledge management tools while creating and implementing repeatable processes for continuous improvement.

You will conduct research and document sources for knowledge management training, developing and delivering briefings to the Command staff.

Your role will also involve integrating information across departments to ensure easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with both internal partners and external clients.

You will provide training and education to users of the knowledge management tools.

Additionally, you will generate reports to support operations, draft knowledge content, and prepare presentations for senior management to advocate for recommended changes, new initiatives, or enhancements as necessary.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring the benefits of solutions and key success metrics to ensure ongoing advantages are realized, facilitating the development of controls with business partners through streamlined processes and system automation, supporting all roles with appropriate analysis and documentation, and collaborating across various business units to convey complex concepts.



Qualifications:
4 years of experience as a knowledge management specialist, with a keen attention to detail and a TS/SCI clearance. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Skills:

Exceptional organizational skills and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Clearance: Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is influenced by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's unique combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually.
