About the Role:

As a Guest Ambassador at Local Kitchens, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring memorable experiences for our Guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our Guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our culinary partner stories, and menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
  • Guest Engagement: Engage with guests on our brand story and concept, answer questions, provide recommendations, and address any concerns they may have regarding their dining experience.
  • Food Service Coordination: Work with the team to coordinate the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that each dish meets our standards of excellence before it is served to the guest.
  • Table Maintenance: Ensure that all necessary accompaniments, such as condiments and utensils, are provided when dishes are served. Clear, reset, and sanitize tables as needed to accommodate new guests.
  • Cleanliness and Tidiness: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the restaurant, including restrooms, tables, chairs, floors, and fixtures.
  • Guest Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with regular guests and be able to engage with new ones to create a positive and memorable experience.
  • Issue Resolution:
Lead the effort in rectifying any issues the guest may have encountered and ensuring their satisfaction.Professionalism: Lead by example by upholding the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to showcase and exude an authentically warm and outgoing personality.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for food and a willingness to learn about our culinary menu offerings.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to engage with a wide range of individuals and audiences.
