About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Client Service Specialist to join our team at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be the face of our Hair Color Bar, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, educating guests about Madison Reed products and services, and promoting our brand values of Love, Joy, Trust, Courage, and Responsibility.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
  • Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and company asset security.
  • Drive Hair Color Bar revenue through increasing the average service ticket, promoting additional services, and selling unlimited roots memberships, subscriptions, and home hair care products.
Requirements
  • Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales, with a preference for salon or beauty industry experience.
  • Effective communication, strong problem-solving, and people skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
  • Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.
