Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a critical role in managing patient relationships and ensuring seamless communication throughout the treatment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient relationships from initial consultation to treatment completion, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Communicate treatment plans and financial options clearly and effectively, addressing any questions or concerns patients may have.
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure accurate and timely treatment planning and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of front office experience in a medical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Computer literacy, with experience in dental software (Denticon) a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish language skills a plus.
  • Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Benefits
