Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members to execute large-scale events and meetings.
• Monitor conference room schedules and ensure accurate setups.
• Prepare and maintain conference rooms, including food and beverage arrangements.
• Clean and restore conference rooms post-use.
• Brew coffee and other beverages in designated areas.
• Report any operational issues to the appropriate supervisory staff.
• Provide hospitality intake services as directed.
• Maintain inventory of catering supplies and reorder as necessary.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and company policies.
