Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager for Hospitality Operations. This role is crucial in supporting the General Manager in overseeing various departments within our hospitality properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations to ensure optimal performance across all departments, including housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and food & beverage.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness, ensuring a superior guest experience.
  • Monitor operational metrics such as revenue, profit margins, and guest satisfaction scores to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff, as well as manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
  • Handle purchasing and payroll processes to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of three years of management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor with both guests and team members.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as required by the demands of the business.
