About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to join our team in Carpinteria, CA. As an R&D Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that contribute to the success of our team and build on your classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support design/manufacturing/testing processes by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Participate on cross-functional teams to help solve manufacturing and testing issues.
  • Support Engineering with data collection and analysis.
  • Lead, or participate in, cross-functional projects to address and resolve testing/manufacturing issues.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Currently enrolled in a program or pursuing a BA/BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical & Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • Previous internship or large project experience is preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
