Retail Sales Lead

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional retail store customer experience and supporting sales and operations efforts.
Responsibilities
- Embody Fabletics' culture and values, providing customers with insight into how to live their passion.
- Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by sharing knowledge about our products, including fabrics, features, fit, and function.
- Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
- Provide training and feedback on customer experience and performance expectations.
- Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
- Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
- Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
- Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
- Maintain safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
- Unpack inventory boxes as required, weighing up to 30 pounds.
Requirements
- 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience preferred.
- Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
- Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners in a retail environment.
- Ability to work with large teams and possess great interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
