Retail Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Francesca's, you will be responsible for creating an engaging guest experience for every customer, every time they shop in our boutique. You will exude warmth and positive energy, initiating conversation and connecting with guests in a genuine, fun way. Your primary focus will be on guest experience, but you will also be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, embracing product knowledge, and assisting to maintain a visually inspiring boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the boutique point-of-sale system.
- Embrace product knowledge, current trends, and boutique promotions to inspire the guest.
- Assist to maintain a visually inspiring boutique including recovery and replenishment of product.
- Partner with the leadership team to execute company direction and complete tasks while prioritizing our guest.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency in fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a positive and fun professional work environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
