We're seeking a highly skilled Tech Sales Professional to lead our sales division, supporting our Training Division and driving sales growth in the IT market.

About the Role

As a Tech Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for cultivating and managing leads, identifying targets and goals, and evaluating sales performance to ensure our success. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, is a team player, and is detail-oriented.

This role offers a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in sales and gain hands-on experience helping to build SnapIT's Training division.

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading our sales team by identifying individual sales targets, understanding sales territories, and working with our training department to ensure their success.
  • Presenting sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts, including sales progress and volume, to more accurately forecast future goals.
  • Evaluating the team's sales performance and offering advice on continuous improvement.
  • Outlining our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we meet our sales goals.
  • Continuing company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • A degree or certificate in Business, preferred.
  • The ability to effectively utilize our CRM Platform.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for mentoring and growing relationships within the IT industry.

Desired Qualities

Enthusiasm about learning and speaking about new technologies, adaptability to changing technical environments, self-motivation with a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a salary range of $18-$21 per hour commensurate with experience. Benefits may include health insurance and professional development opportunities.
