• Work closely with the General Manager to achieve revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Coach and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable at all times
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs
• Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasting, and financial performance

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
• Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry
• Ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives to drive sales growth
