Reimbursement Specialist

Vinfen is seeking a skilled Reimbursement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze payer requirements to ensure compliance and optimal reimbursement
  • Triage denied claims to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of payer requirements, including filing limits, claim processing logic, and coordination of benefits
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement operational and systemic changes to reduce denials and improve reimbursement
  • Develop and track reports to monitor denial trends and appeal outcomes
