Job Title: Contract Specialist

Philips is seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cambridge, MA. As a Contract Specialist, you will play a critical role in operationalizing contract requirements in various systems to support market-to-cash processes.

Your Role:
  • Implement and manage commercial contracts in SAP, Siebel, and Apttus from cradle to grave within a core zone, with estimated contract values exceeding $100M.
  • Collaborate with various partners to ensure contracts are understood and set up properly to support downstream business activities and meet Philips compliance requirements.
  • Support customers and stakeholders with issue resolution, escalation management, and investigations to resolve a wide range of challenges.
  • Implement Lean strategies for continuous improvement, including process development and work instruction modification or creation.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
You're the Right Fit If:
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a contracting position, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks in contracts.
  • You possess flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment and can manage and prioritize multiple projects, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have intermediate proficiency in Excel, including vlookup's and matching of disparate data, and experience with Salesforce.com/Apttus/Conga and SAP.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent business experience with Contracting and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO).

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $61,200 to $104,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition to the base pay, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives, may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more.
