About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple luxury properties in Brooklyn and Manhattan, managing 1,500 apartments and supervising three Maintenance Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistent, high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize revenue streams and control costs.
  • Maximize occupancy rates and ensure timely rent collection.
  • Hire, train, and lead the Maintenance Directors and property staff.
  • Monitor and manage tenant satisfaction, addressing issues swiftly to foster positive relationships.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and tenants.
  • Provide strategic guidance to Maintenance Directors and help resolve tenant complaints, maintenance issues, and lease violations.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define long-term growth plans and ensure the portfolio aligns with business objectives.
  • Stay current with regulatory requirements and property management best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience managing Class A luxury multifamily buildings with a proven track record of operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage multiple teams.
  • Expertise in property management, with a focus on both tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
  • Ability to work in-office with some hybrid flexibility.

  3. Property Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing large, multifamily properties.

Compensation

$175,000-$215,000 per year
