Job Overview

At Phaxis - Financial Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and a proven track record of successfully managing financial operations.

Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the month-end close process and working closely with our General Ledger team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

You will also be responsible for performing daily bank reconciliations, monthly reconciliations of assets and liabilities, and preparing payment schedules for periodic bills.

In addition, you will coordinate cash flow activities to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  2. Proven experience in financial operations, including financial reporting and analysis.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
