Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Services: Assist residents with various requests, concerns, and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Event Planning: Plan and host resident events and activities to foster a sense of community and enhance the resident experience.
  • Renewals and Retention: Assist with resident renewals, lease changes, and retention programs to minimize turnover and maximize resident satisfaction.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Staff Support: Assist the Property Manager with various tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of related experience in property management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Yardi Property Management software.
