Job Summary

The Registered Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Branch office team in Boca Raton, Florida. The primary responsibilities include servicing clients, marketing, scheduling, prioritizing meetings, managing database, general organizational support, and client interaction. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset to anticipate business needs and assume ad-hoc responsibility for project-oriented tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support, including the creation, maintenance, and editing of documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations.
  • Calendar Management
    • Calendar management and coordination of meetings, including all logistics.
  • Database Management
    • Database management.
  • Client Interaction
    • Client interaction and service.
  • Support to Other Teams
    • Provide back-up to other teams and within the branch.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties
    • Perform ad-hoc duties and work on special projects as necessary.

Requirements

  • Professional Certifications
    • Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66) required within the first six months of hire.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in financial services or fixed income would be highly beneficial.
  • Technical Skills
    • Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills
    • Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees and clients in a highly professional and friendly manner.
  • Time Management
    • Able to meet designated deadlines and work effectively in a pressurized environment.
  • Language Skills
    • Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
