Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a critical role in our success. You will support customers with their day-to-day financial needs, build trusted relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in identifying their financial needs and recommend additional products and services to contribute to the company's success.
- Recognize and seize opportunities to make referrals for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other exceptional services offered by the bank.
- Gain an understanding of the banking industry and contribute to meeting branch goals in various categories, including deposits and loans.
- Build trusting relationships with individuals in the communities we serve.
- Process transactions for customers in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, reach effective resolutions, and follow through with customers for all inquiries.
We are looking for individuals with an interest and experience in customer service and a working knowledge of Windows. This role focuses on obtaining general banking knowledge and mastering routine transactions.
