About the Role:

The Strategy Manager will play a key role in driving strategic planning, analyzing market trends, and overseeing the execution of business plans within the health system. This role will work closely with leadership to develop and evaluate strategic business opportunities and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and presentation of strategic and business plans for leadership and departments.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams to drive strategic initiatives and support decision-making.
  • Analyze market trends, including demand forecasts, competitor analyses, and risk assessments.
  • Evaluate and recommend new ventures, physician group affiliations, and hospital partnerships.
  • Convert strategic and business plans into actionable steps and oversee their implementation.
  • Collaborate on operational growth initiatives, including facility planning, staffing, and capital needs.
  • Prepare financial analyses such as income statements, cash flow projections, and economic valuations.
  • Provide consulting and project management support across the health system.
  • Supervise staff on assigned projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 6-8+ years' experience in strategy and business development within healthcare.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong financial planning/modeling and data analytics experience.
  • Proficient with Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or MPH).
  • Consulting experience.
  • Experience working for a health provider.

Salary: $165k-190k
