Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in weekly regional meetings to analyze trends and metrics, developing solutions, programs, and policies to drive business success.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of employee concerns.
  • Apply a broad understanding of policies, procedures, and relevant employment law to ensure compliance and fair application.
  • Investigate human resource issues and complaints, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Consult with regional leadership, medical directors, and directors of human resources, compliance, and legal counsel on complex or high-risk issues.
  • Manage leave of absence and ADA cases, ensuring accurate and timely administration and advising managers and employees on procedures and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required, advanced degree or certification a plus.
  • A minimum of 12 years in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations and/or leave administration strongly preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to actively contribute as a team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems preferred.
