Product Manager

Xylem, a leading global water technology company, is seeking a Product Manager - Motors to drive profitable growth for its pump mounted and standalone motor portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic and product road map to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the motor product portfolio, life cycle, and product road maps to drive growth and profitability.
- Champion new product developments through the Xylem Product Development (XPD) process, ensuring timely introductions and optimal market positioning.
- Provide technical and application support, product training, and sales staff guidance to ensure seamless sales and customer support.
- Facilitate communication between operations, engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of product management/product engineering/customer applications experience in a relevant industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize market information, drive business objectives through influence, and achieve continuous improvement.
