Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis Duties:

  • Evaluate and interpret healthcare data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Perform data validation and quality assessments to uphold data integrity.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations based on data findings to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Leverage extensive experience in revenue cycle management to support data-driven insights.
  • Assess revenue cycle performance metrics and pinpoint opportunities for clinical and operational advancements.
  • Work in tandem with the Revenue Cycle Director to guarantee accurate and timely reimbursements.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accounts payable process, including invoice management, payment processing, and vendor relations.
  • Ensure prompt and precise handling of invoices and payments.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to reconcile accounts payable transactions and address discrepancies.
  • Maintain thorough records and documentation of all accounts payable activities.
  • Partner with leadership to enhance accounts payable processes and optimize cash flow management.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • At least 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management within the mental health field.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
  • Strong grasp of accounts payable processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare billing software.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Previous clinical experience in the mental or behavioral health sectors.
