As a Client Relations Support Associate, you will play a vital role in shaping our business strategies and driving success. Your keen insights and observations will help us plan and execute with precision, propelling us towards greater success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forge influential relationships with key customer sources, including long-term care facilities.
  • Manage client connections with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate client information and foster strong ties between clients and our organization.
  • Address customer and patient questions and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Explain private pay, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines, insurance plan benefits, and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate services for patients and caregivers, ensuring smooth transitions and peace of mind.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
